Jason Cash, CEO
Jason is an innovative entrepreneur who owns and operates businesses that provide customers with creative and comprehensive financial, vehicle and corporate sales to best meet their company’s needs. The first 10 years of his career was spent working in domestic and foreign banks. With that experience, he created Charabanc in 2002. Jason has successfully represented buyers and sellers both domestically and internationally in mergers and acquisitions. He has held positions in credit, management, syndication and sales in the equipment finance industry with experience in multiple industry segments.
He has owned manufacturing companies and dealerships for major commercial equipment while importing products from multiple continents for his own brand, and selling branded products of major conglomerates.
Jason is the Corporate Advisor to multiple large and small companies throughout the United States and Canada. The combined services of the umbrella companies Jason is involved with provide clients with rare and valuable tools to help their business grow.
Frank Deutsch, COO
Frank has 25 years of experience in the bus and motor coach market in the design, assembly, international trade and business development sectors.
He is a mechanical engineer and has worked in Germany, Mexico and the US for both local and foreign companies.
His methodical, result- oriented personality, and his multiple language skills are highly valued; he is responsible for process and procedures development and for pre-owned bus trade.
Mike Cash, CIO
Mike Cash is a Retired US Coast Guard Captain with 30 Years of Distinguished Service. His expertise includes Chief Information Officer, Cyber Commander and Strategic Organization Transformation Leader. He established CFO Audit Compliant Operational and Logistics business model standards and supporting IT systems for the Service’s Fleet of 220 Aircraft, 1800 Boats, 250 Ships and 55000 people, providing shoreside command and control, and mission support services.
Mike Sims, CFO
Mike provides operational and logistics consulting services to help you operate and maintain your fleet cost effectively. He handles the internal and external accounting for motor coach clients. With over 30 years of experience as Controller in various industries, Mike’s involvement with the evaluation and sales of companies, and with motor coach financing is highly valued. Mike earned his degree in Accounting from the University of Alabama in Birmingham.
